Prepare the Package

Place the item securely in its original packaging to ensure the delicate foliage remains protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
